Split rims

There are different types of split rim wheels, a 2-piece split rim or a 3-piece. It is possbile to refurbish split rims although they must be broken down into sections prior to the refurbishment. Cosmetic split rims are also available but these depend on their suitability for refurbishment. Please contact us and we will advise you whether they're suitable for repair.

Diamond cutting

Diamond cutting is the process where once the wheel has been painted, it is then put onto a lathe and some or all of the surface of the wheel is machined to leave a shiny alloy finish. It is then finished with scratch-proof lacquer to prevent corrosion.
